At Grow Success Online we work on a simple promise: see your website first, and pay only if you love it. Because you approve your website before you pay, all payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Free preview before any payment

We build a preview of your website before you pay anything. You review it on your phone and tell us what to change. If you don’t love it, you simply don’t buy, and you owe nothing.

2. Website plans (Basic, Premium and Pro)

Website plans are one-time payments made only after you have seen and approved your preview. Once payment is made, it is final and no refunds are given.

For the Pro plan, SEO and AI search optimization improve how your business can be found. Rankings and mentions depend on search engines and AI assistants, so specific positions are not guaranteed.

3. Changes and revisions

After payment, we make the changes needed for your website to match the preview you approved, at no extra cost. New pages or features beyond your plan are quoted separately.

4. Monthly services (Care plan and Growth tools)

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Payments already made, including the current month, are not refunded.

5. Fees

Card processing fees shown at checkout and domain names registered on your behalf are not refundable.
